Josh Hamilton out of the lineup again

The Rangers have their lineup for today's game up, and Josh Hamilton is on the bench again.  This will be the third straight game Hamilton has missed with a bad knee.

Chi Chi Gonzalez is pitching for Texas, and Iwakuma is going for the Mariners.
