It's kind of a bummer that the Rangers had two chances against the Mariners to end this road trip with a winning record over the ten games and couldn't get it done. Still, a 5-5 road trip isn't bad and the team is basically at home for the rest of the season. Getting shut out by King Felix isn't surprising. The Rangers need to avoid the Vidal Nuno shutouts, though.
Player of the Game: Once again, not much to choose from. I'll give it to Joey Gallo for actually looking pretty good at the plate against Hernandez including drawing a walk after falling behind 0-2 in his first plate appearance.
