Joey Gallo gets start in left field tonight

The Texas Rangers are looking to take the rubber match of their series in San Diego tonight, and will have Joey Gallo starting in left field.

This is something of a surprise...I had expected that Gallo would be used primarily as a pinch hitting option, and wouldn't start unless there were an injury to someone.  But Gallo is starting tonight in place of Will Venable in left.

Beltre -- 3B

Odor -- 2B

Elvis -- SS

Gallo -- LF

Gimenez -- C

Hamels -- P
