Robinson Chirinos is in the starting lineup for the first time in three weeks today

The Texas Rangers go up against lefty Matt Boyd and the Detroit Tigers today, and have their #1 catcher back in the lineup.

Robinson Chirinos is in the starting lineup for the first time in three weeks, and just the second time since going on the disabled list at the end of July.  Chirinos has entered the game the past two days in the eighth inning, and picked up a double in Monday night's game, but this is his first start since September 9.

The lineup:

DeShields -- CF

Choo -- RF

Beltre -- 3B

Prince -- DH

Napoli -- LF

Moreland -- 1B

Elvis -- SS

Odor -- 2B

Chirinos -- C

Yovani Gallardo takes the mound for Texas.
