It's not a particularly good morning. David Bowie died last night.

If there was anyone I figured was immortal, it was Bowie. He is, of course, immortal in a different way.

Here are a few Rangers notes:

In a piece with bold predictions for AL teams, David Schoenfield predicts that Rougned Odor will become the best second baseman in the majors in 2016.

Rick Gosselin held a chat over at the DMN to assure the locals that ten year veteran of four playoff appearances, three division titles, two World Series appearances, and 87+ wins in six of the last seven years GM Jon Daniels knows what he's doing.

Rangers assistant GM Thad Levine was on the MLB Network Radio to speak about those Justin Upton and Marcell Ozuna rumors.

In an ESPN Insider piece, Buster Olney writes about the big names that encompass the 2016 trade landscape.

Finally, Jason Whitely of WFAA spoke with Arlington Mayor Jeff Williams about the Rangers future in Arlington beyond Globe Life Park.
