Good morning, everyone...

Jurickson Profar signed a one year deal yesterday with the Rangers, avoiding arbitration.

Gerry Fraley wants to make sure you know Profar got a pay raise despite not having played in the majors the last two years due to injuries.

Fraley finishes his Rangers top 10 prospect countdown with Nomar Mazara at #1.

T.R. Sullivan has a story on Keone Kela and what he's doing this offseason to get ready for his sophomore campaign.

Tim Cowlishaw isn't on board with a Profar for Homer Bailey trade, and thinks Joey Gallo has a huge hole in his swing and needs to learn patience.

Kevin Sherrington and Richard Justice were on the DMN Podcast with Barry Horn, and Justice seems reluctant to jump on board Sherrington's "pay 2/3rds of Elvis's contract just to get rid of him" plan.

The Rangers' January 24 caravan stop in Garland will feature Elvis Andrus and Delino DeShields, and the Rangers will be asking folks to bring donations to that event.

The Rangers are looking for a new plan to get out of the Cal League after 2016, with their hopes of moving to Kinston, North Carolina, in the Carolina League being defeated.
