Baseball Prospectus's top 101 prospect list is out, and the Texas Rangers have placed five prospects on the list, including three of the top 15 players.

Nomar Mazara is #5 in the rankings, between J.P. Crawford and Julio Urias, and Joey Gallo is at #8, between Yoan Moncada and Steve Matz.  The top three overall prospects are Corey Seager of the Dodgers, Byron Buxton of the Twins, and Lucas Giolito of the Nationals.

Lewis Brinson comes in at an impressive #15, right behind Manuel Margot, the outfielder the Padres picked up in the Craig Kimbrel trade from Boston.

The final two Rangers on the list are Dillon Tate, at #59, and Luis Ortiz, at #68.

Other noteworthy players on the list include Nick Williams, at #25, Jake Thompson at #34, and Jorge Alfaro at #70.  All three were dealt by the Rangers to Philadelphia in the Cole Hamels trade.

Looking at the rest of the A.L. West, Seattle has just one player on the list (Alex Jackson, at #94), and Anaheim doesn't place anyone.  Oakland has three players -- Jacob Nottingham, Sean Manaea, and Franklin Barreto -- while Houston checks in with five members, though only one (Alex Bregman, at #35) in the top 50.
