Tony Beasley, the Texas Rangers third base coach who was limited during the 2016 season due to treatment for cancer, has officially received a clean bill of health, according to the Rangers’ official Twitter account.
Beasley was diagnosed with rectal cancer earlier this year, and as a result, his time with the club was limited. Spike Owen acted as the interim third base coach in his absence.
Very happy news for Tony and the Rangers baseball family.
