Delino DeShields returns to the lineup for the Rangers as they face the Rockies in Scottsdale this afternoon. However, Ian Desmond will play center field once again while 'Lino eases back in as the designated hitter.

Martin Perez makes the start for Texas as he continues to ramp up for the regular season.
