Anaheim Strengths:
Well, they basically have the best player since Willie Mays patrolling centerfield for them. That seems like a pretty strong strength.
Anaheim Weaknesses:
Basically everything other than Mike Trout. The Angels have been accused of wasting basically the best player since Willie Mays and it's hard to argue. Despite paying Trout relative pennies and having one of the highest payrolls in the game, the Angels have never won a playoff game with Trout. The made the playoffs just once with Trout thus far and were swept by the Royals in 2014.
For that to change, the Angels will need a lot of things to go right despite having a 10 win Mike Trout head start on the rest of the league.
