The Texas Rangers have announced the signing of 12 of their top 14 draft picks, including first rounder Cole Ragans, second rounder Alex Speas, and third rounder Kole Enright. All three of the top three picks will be reporting to the Arizona Rookie League.
Ragans, per T.R. Sullivan, got a $2,003,400 bonus, which is full slot value. Jeff Wilson tweets that Speas signed for slot ($1,024,900), while Enright got "a tick higher" than slot at $675,000.
