Claudio down, Tolleson up, lineup for today up

The Texas Rangers have announced that Shawn Tolleson has been activated from the Family Medical Emergency List. To make room for him on the active roster, the Rangers have optioned lefthanded reliever Alex Claudio.

It will be interesting to see how the Rangers use Tolleson in the coming days...he had lost his closers role prior to going on the inactive list, and had a disastrous outing his last time out.  That said, Jeff Banister doesn't have many relievers he trusts right now, so Tolleson may end up pitching in high leverage situations in the near future.

Meanwhile, the Rangers have also posted their lineup for tonight, with Prince Fielder and Mitch Moreland both being dropped.  The lineup:

Desmond -- CF

Mazara -- RF

Beltre -- 3B

Prince -- DH

Rua -- LF

Moreland -- 1B

Elvis -- SS

Wilson -- C
