Okay...the dust has settled, Carlos Beltran, Jonathan Lucroy and Jeremy Jeffress are Rangers, Lewis Brinson, Luis Ortiz, Dillon Tate, Erik Swanson and Nick Green are not, and the rotation situation -- identified as the biggest need before these deals -- remains the same.
