Jeremy Jeffress is entering an inpatient rehab treatment in the aftermath of his arrest for a DWI last week, according to Jeff Passan.
Jeffress has been on the restricted list since his arrested in the early hours of last Friday morning, and was, according to Jon Heyman, given the choice between a suspension and entering rehab.

Jeffress was acquired by the Texas Rangers on July 31, along with Jonathan Lucroy, from the Milwaukee Brewers. The righthanded reliever would appear to be unlikely to contribute on the field for the team for the remainder of the season.
