Good morning. It’s Martin Luther King Jr. Day AND it’s officially baseball season. Rejoice!

Anthony Castrovince wonders just when Mark Trumbo and Jose Bautista are going to find work in an offseason where sluggers have been devalued.

Buster Olney ranks the bullpen of the Rangers as 9th best in baseball citing the well-roundedness of the ‘pen as a plus. Presumably he wasn’t referring to Sam Dyson’s sizable, spherical donk.

Also according to Olney, the Rangers have the 2nd best catcher in baseball in Jonathan Lucroy. I’m personally excited for what a full year of Lucroy will be like.

Finally, two former Rangers legends are planning to pitch for Team Canada at the World Baseball Classic.

Have a nice day!
