Saturday morning Rangers news and links

Good morning, folks...

T.R. Sullivan has an Inbox with questions from someone wanting to trade for Matt Harvey, someone wanting to trade Nomar Mazara for Marcell Ozuna, someone wanting to talk about how the Rangers haven’t been to the World Series since Nolan Ryan left and how the Astros are in the World Series now that Nolan is there, and someone wanting to trade Rougned Odor for pitching, among other things.

Jeff Wilson has kind of an odd piece about Yu Darvish getting shelled last night, with a reference to the Dodgers’ “fancy numbers” and saying that if the Rangers aren’t willing to pay Andrew Cashner $17.4 million (the amount of the qualifying offer) they aren’t going to want to pay Darvish.

Yulieski Gurriel made slant eyes in the dugout and used a racial slur to refer to Darvish after homering off of him, which Darvish said was disrespectful.
