Good morning.

What’s going on with the Rangers? Well, the fact that Jon Daniels has been hanging out with NASCAR and Shin-Soo Choo is carrying the Olympic torch ahead of the Pyeongchang Winter Olympics, not terribly much.

David Adler writes about the news that the Rangers don’t intend to extend a qualifying offer to Andrew Cashner. With the reward being basically a third round draft pick, it probably wasn’t worth the risk of potentially paying Cashner $17.4 million after a season built on smoke and fun house mirrors.

MLB Trade Rumors’ Steve Adams provides an Offseason Outlook for the Rangers noting that they need a billion starting pitchers and possibly help in the bullpen, outfield, and at first base.

Definitely two real people named Austin Laymance and Manny Randhawa tag teamed the recap of the Arizona Fall League's Fall Stars Game. Be sure to scroll down and see how all of the many illustrious Rangers prospects performed in the game.

And, lastly, have ever wanted to run around on Greene’s Hill carrying a flag? Really into hanging out with folks in horse costumes flinging t-shirts from the back of a truck? Really good at dancing on top of dugouts? Now’s your chance to live your dreams as a member of the Texas Rangers Six Shooters presented by Cheetos Popcorn.

Have a nice day!
