The Texas Rangers top 10 prospect list has been released by Baseball Prospectus, with the system being described as “middle-of-the-pack, averageish.”
Its a pretty surprising list for me, with Cole Ragans and Hans Crouse ranked lower than I would have expected, and Ronald Guzman and (in particular) Mike Matuella ranked much higher. A.J. Alexy and Charles Leblanc also made it into the 11-20 group, which I wouldn’t have expected.
