Will Cole Hamels' ERA this season be over or under the 3.63 projected by ZiPS?

We did ZiPS projection over/under polls for the Rangers hitters' OPS, so why not do it for some pitchers, as well?

ZiPS projects that Cole Hamels will have a 3.63 ERA in 2017.  Do you think his actual ERA will be over or under that number?
