Good morning.

Levi Weaver recaps the latest Rangers loss where they collected only one more hit as a team than Padres starter Trevor Cahill.

Jeff Wilson reacts to the loss and declares that the Rangers are officially frustrated.

Evan Grant also writes about the f word, in this case frustration, as the Rangers close in on the worst record in the American League.

MLB.com’s Jay Paris writes that the Rangers are frustrat...didn’t we already do this bit like a week ago? Somebody get these irked Rangers a thesaurus.

Grant writes about the kind of awkward situation (my words, not his) where Matt Bush returns to San Diego a happy big leaguer.

Wilson notes that former Padre Tyson Ross pitched in a simulated game against actual hitters yesterday and things went well. The Rangers are considering a late-May return.

Paris previews today’s finale of the Petco leg of this home and home against the Padres with San Diego native A.J. Griffin making the start for Texas against old nemesis Jered Weaver.

And, finally, Wilson writes about Jeff Banister holding a meeting with the bullpen to tell him that there’s no one coming to the rescue so they’ll have to save themselves.

Have a nice day!
