Add getting swept in Oakland wearing pinkish, baby blue uniforms to the list of indignities we’ll all look back on and laugh about when the 78-84 Rangers still make the playoffs and win the World Series.
Look, this was a miserable game and an even more miserable series that probably ended anything resembling what they call the American League playoffs for the Rangers but it’s hard to get to upset about sports right now with what’s happening with our friends down south.
Lest you, escapist Rangers fan tucked away at high ground, wonder “yes, but how does that impact me?”
Update -- my house in Meyerland has water in it, and my family and I were just rescued by a boat that took us to a neighbors house.

Some of our own LSB family is getting rescued from the floods right now.
So, please, if there’s anything you can do to help, do so. The Rangers will be here when we get back.
