Texas Rangers 2018 top 27 prospect list from Fangraphs

The 2018 Texas Rangers top 27 prospect list from Fangraphs is out, and as with just about every list this offseason, Willie Calhoun and Leody Taveras are the top two prospects, with Fangraphs opting to slot Calhoun in the top slot and Taveras at #2.

In perusing the list, Yohander Mendez, Pedro Gonzalez and Brendon Davis jump out at me as guys that Eric Longenhagen and Kiley McDaniel have higher than where I’ve seen most other places, while Ronald Guzman, Joe Palumbo and A.J. Alexy lower than would seem to be the consensus.
