Two Texas Rangers Thursday lineups for evening split squad games

The Rangers have a home lineup that looks like a regular season lineup in one split squad game, and a road lineup that is chock full of reserves

The Texas Rangers play a couple of split-squad games today, one at Surprise and one at Peoria, and the Surprise lineup could well be the lineup we see on Opening Day, with a couple of minor tweaks.

The Surprise lineup:

DeShields — CF

Gallo — 1B

Elvis -- SS

Beltre -- 3B

Mazara — RF

Choo — DH

Chirinos -- C

Odor -- 2B

Rua -- LF

Mike Minor is on the mound for this one.

Meanwhile, the Peoria lineup is:

Tocci — CF

Profar -- 2B

Robinson -- 3B

Joseph — DH

Centeno -- C

Hood — RF

Beck -- 1B

Alberto -- SS

Gonzalez — LF
