Good morning. Call it the calm before the storm...

The Rangers had yesterday off as they traveled back to Texas to begin preparations for Opening Day. Jeff Wilson writes that besides hitting .193 this spring, Rougned Odor feels good about how things went for him in Arizona.

Eno Sarris wrote that Keone Kela should probably be closing already which is likely true if Kela could just stay healthy.

T.R. Sullivan answered your questions in his latest inbox column including one on if you should care that the Rangers went a league-worst 7-21 this spring.

And, lastly, Jamey Newberg concludes his ranking of the prospects by position group with a look at the outfield where things start to get really interesting on the farm.

The Rangers play tonight against the Reds at our glorious Ballpark in the first of two warmups against Cincinnati and then, before the week is out, there will be real baseball for you to enjoy for like 200 consecutive days. Should be fun.

Have a nice day!
