The Rangers give a couple of lefties the day off against Boston left hander Chris Sale

The Texas Rangers look to avoid the sweep in Boston this evening, and will be facing Chris Sale. Jeff Banister is giving Shin-Soo Choo and his balky quad the day off, as well as Ronald Guzman.
