The Rangers signed a bunch of youngsters out of Latin America yesterday on the opening day of International signing, Evan Grant notes.
Jesse Sanchez writes that the Rangers landed top talent Jose Rodriguez out of Venezuela and, as expected, inked Ronald Acuna’s brother Luisangel Acuna.
The Rangers were pretty busy bringing in fresh talent.

Domestically, yesterday the Rangers also signed their 8th round selection, Arkansas Razorback Jax Biggers, which means Texas was able to sign all ten of their pool-dependent selections as promised.
