The Rangers are now a season-worst 24 games below .500

MLB: Tampa Bay Rays at Texas Rangers Shanna Lockwood-USA TODAY Sports

The Rangers were swept by the Rays today but, hey, they scored three runs which was three more run than they had managed in both of the first two games of this series.

Player of the Game: Adrian Beltre hit career dong No. 475. Who knows, maybe it was his last. ;_;

He also doubled. ;_;

Tank Update: With the loss, the Rangers are 24 games below .500 and a full game worse than the Reds — before their game tonight against the Brewers — in the race for the 7th overall pick in the 2019 draft and all the accoutrements therein.

Up Next: The Rangers have Thursday off before opening up their final home series of 2018 on Friday night against the Seattle Mariners.
