The Texas Rangers, following getting five-hit in a loss to the Kansas City Royals last night, were getting shut out by Danny Duffy and the Royals tonight until the sixth inning when they got sick of being dominated by the freaking Kansas City Royals and compiled a six-run outburst that was punctuated by a very emphatic grand slam off the bat of the American League’s best player, Joey Gallo.
Golly, that one felt good.
Also, Ariel Jurado’s parents got to see him pitch in the big leagues and in the US for the first time and saw him pick up a win after a quality start. :-3

Let’s go ahead and get this giant unicorn man into the All-Star Game where he belongs.
Up Next: The Rangers get a chance to do what they do best and win in a series rubber match with RHP Lance Lynn set to make the start for Texas against RHP Homer Bailey for the Royals. First pitch in the Saturday afternoon finale from The Ballpark is scheduled for 3:05 pm CT.
