Texas Rangers first rounder Josh Jung made his first appearance for the Hickory Crawdads after four games in the AZL, and he had a nice debut, recording a single and a double and also being intentionally walked with one on and two outs in a tie game in the 10th. Abdiel Mendoza threw 5 scoreless innings, allowing 1 hits and 1 walk while striking out 2, and Hever Bueno threw two scoreless, lowering his ERA on the year to 1.59.

For Frisco, Emmanuel Clase threw 1.1 scoreless IP. Isiah Kiner-Falefa went 0 for 5 as part of his rehab stint, and Leody Taveras was 1 for 4.

For Nashville, rehabbing Kyle Dowdy retired all three batters he faced, 1 on a strikeout.

For the AZL Rangers, Alexander Ovalles went 3 for 6 with a home run, and Osleivis Basabe had two hits and two walks.
