2019 MLB Betting Odds: The Texas Rangers were generally viewed as having no chance of making the postseason in 2019, with projections seeing them as a low-70s win team that would be fighting to stay out of the cellar. Their strong first half, however, has moved the betting odds significantly, even from where they were just a month ago.

The latest odds from BetOnline.ag have the Rangers currently at 40:1 to win the World Series, after being at 100:1 on June 3. The Rangers’ odds of winning the A.L. Pennant are at 22:1 currently, up from 50:1 last month, and they are getting 16:1 odds to win the A.L. West, compared to 40:1 a month ago.

Rangers players are also getting favorable odds in the post-season awards betting. Joey Gallo is at 12:1 to win the American League MVP currently. Mike Minor, meanwhile, is the #2 favorite at 4:1, behind only Justin Verlander, woh is at 2:3. Lance Lynn has also moved onto the board, checking in at 20:1.
