Righthanded pitcher Ricky Vanasco has been excellent this season for Spokane, earning a promotion to Hickory, and he made his Sally League debut tonight. Vanasco was excellent, striking out 8 in 5 IP, allowing 1 run on 2 hits and a walk. Jonathan Ornelas and Josh Jung each had two hits, and Pedro Gonzalez had a double and a home run.
