Good morning, folks...
The Texas Rangers lost to the Seattle Mariners yesterday by a score of 5-3.
Rougned Odor has to prove over the final month that he is worthy of a regular job, according to manager Chris Woodward yesterday, in what was the most direct suggestion yet that Odor’s time as the team’s regular second baseman could be ending.
Woodward says that the heat puts the Rangers at a disadvantage when their home park doesn’t have a roof. Fortunately, that won’t be an issue next year.
