Welcome to SB Nation FanPulse, a survey of fans across MLB. Each week, we send 30 polls to plugged in fans from each team. Rangers fans, sign up HERE to join FanPulse.

Texas Rangers’ fans confidence rebounded a little bit this week, after a steep dip the previous two weeks. 79% have confidence in the team right now, compared to 63% last week. Fans continue to back Chris Woodward as well, as his approval rating is at 95% this week.

The Rangers’ big trade deadline move was sending reliever Chris Martin to the Atlanta Braves for Kolby Allard, but otherwise held. That seemed to meet with the approval of a significant majority of Rangers fans, with 79% approving of the deadline action.

For the national question, fans were asked what team looks the strongest after the deadline. The Houston Astros were the runaway winner in this poll.
