74-76 - Long ball dooms Rangers once more, Texas overpowered by Oakland 8-6

The Rangers have often lived by the dinger in this building but tonight they died by the dinger

The Oakland Athletics hit four more home runs for a total of nine in this series thus far. That’s basically the story of this one and all I really care to write about it.

Player of the Game: Rougned Odor hit a home run, the lone dinger on the night for the Rangers.

Up Next: Someone will pitch for the Rangers in the finale and they’ll try to avoid allowing a bunch of home runs while the Rangers will try to hit home runs off RHP Sean Manaea for Oakland. Sunday’s first pitch from The Ballpark is scheduled for 2:05 pm CT.
