The 2019 Texas Rangers season is now over. There were some flashes early on, and the Rangers kept up with the Wild Card contenders for the first half of the season, but faded down the stretch. Still, with 78 wins and a third place finish in the division, they out-performed what many expected from them in a rebuilding year.
