Good morning.

Jeff Wilson reacts to Sunday’s 10-4 win over the Orioles and the Rangers’ weekend sweep in Baltimore.

Evan Grant writes that though the schedule won’t do them any favors, a sweep in Baltimore leaves the Rangers with a chance at .500 baseball in 2019.

Wilson writes that it was all fun and games sweeping the lowly Orioles but now the schedule turns nasty as the Rangers will close out the season with nothing but October contenders.

Sullivan writes that the Rangers looking forward to trying to play spoiler with the gauntlet awaiting them throughout the remainder of September.

Wilson writes that the Rangers are spending September evaluating how they want to handle third base in 2020.

Sullivan notes that Hunter Pence is hoping to make a return as he wants to make an impact in the final weeks of his otherwise successful season with his hometown team.

And, finally, Will Leitch takes a look back at each team’s most recent postseason win. The last time the Rangers scored an October W, Hanser Alberto hit the game-winner and Ross Ohlendorf picked up the save. But, hey, at least they’re not the Mariners.

Have a nice day!
