Monday Morning Texas Rangers Update

Nearing a conclusion

MLB: NLCS-Los Angeles Dodgers at Atlanta Braves Jerome Miron-USA TODAY Sports

Good morning.

We’ve gotten to the “they live here or are from around here and are now back at the Arlington World Series so let’s write about that” portion of the postseason.

Jeff Wilson writes that it was a trio of From Around Heres for Los Angeles that propelled the Dodgers to a crucial Game 5 win over Tampa Bay.

Wilson also writes that the bullpen catcher for the Rays is from around here and he’s been one of the busiest people at The Shed this last week.

And, Evan Grant writes that Rangers manager Chris Woodward has been observing the World Series looking for wisdom to pass on to his team.

That is all for today. The 2020 season will end no matter what on Wednesday and then the weirdest season ever will be put to bed only to awake what is sure to be the weirdest offseason ever before what will become the newest weirdest season ever in 2021.

Be well!
