The schedule for the Texas Rangers’ spring training games for 2021 now includes start times for the games, which were announced today. You can see the full schedule as follows:

Pretty much ever game is a 1:05 p.m. start until the final week in Arizona, when there are mostly evening start times. Texas plays the Milwaukee Brewers in exhibitions games on Monday night, March 29, 2021, and Tuesday afternoon, March 30, 2021. The Rangers kick off the regular season on Thursday, April 1, in Kansas City, with the regular season home opener being on April 5 against the Toronto Blue Jays.
This assumes, of course, that there’s a real spring training that occurs. The COVID-19 pandemic cut short spring training in 2020 and delayed the start of the regular season for almost four months. The hope is that there will be a more normal spring training in 2021, though it may be that the pandemic will require the COVID-19 protocols teams were required to abide by in 2020 to remain in place for the start of 2021. Its also going to be an open question as to whether fans will be allowed in the stands, and if so, how many.
