The Rangers added catcher David Garcia along with righty pitchers A.J. Alexy and Yerry Rodriguez to their 40-man roster yesterday, leaving Alex Speas, Cole Ragans, and a couple others of note exposed to the Rule 5 Draft.

Evan Grant has some notes on Alex Speas, who seems to be the most likely Ranger to be selected by another team. The Rule 5 Draft will take place remotely on December 10.

The Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation is putting in heavy work prior to the holidays.
