Good morning, folks...

Charley Pride, country music legend, former baseball player and a part-owner of the Texas Rangers, passed away yesterday at the age of 86.

Evan Grant writes about Charley Pride, who, since 1974, came to every Rangers’ spring training, quoting Tom Grieve as saying that “in his mind, he was a ballplayer.”

Jeff Wilson writes about Pride’s passing at the FWST.

Evan Grant lays out what the Rangers need to do to have a successful 2021.
