MLB Pipeline has their top 30 prospect list for the Texas Rangers out today, and its a position-player heavy group, with the top three, five of the top six, and eight of the top 10 players listed being position players.

Josh Jung, the third baseman out of Texas Tech who the Rangers selected at #8 overall in the 2019 MLB Draft, top the MLB Pipeline list, followed by catcher Sam Huff, who you see in the picture above in Cactus League action, and center fielder Leody Taveras.

Our favorite named player, Maximo Acosta, is at #6 on the list despite having just signed in July and never having played in an affiliate ball game. Bayron Lora, Luisangel Acuna, Heriberto Hernandez and Keithron Moss also crack the list, despite having little or no experience above Complex League ball.
