2020 ZiPS Over/Under Poll: Mike Minor

It is that time of year again...time for the ZiPS over/under polls for the Texas Rangers.

In case you are new or have forgotten, every year, once the ZiPS projections come out, we do daily polls asking whether you think whatever Ranger we picked for that day will put up an OPS (for position players) or ERA (for pitchers) over or under what ZiPS projects.

Today we are doing Mike Minor. ZiPS projects that Mike Minor will have a 4.48 ERA for the Rangers in 2020...do you think his actual ERA will be over or under that number?
