Former Texas Rangers coach Art Howe has been discharged from the hospital and is resting at his home in Houston, per reports. Howe, 73, was hospitalized earlier this week and put in ICU due to COVID-19.
Howe was a long time major leaguer who had two stints coaching with the Rangers, one under Bobby Valentine and one under Ron Washington. He also managed the Houston Astros, the Oakland A’s and the New York Mets.
Very good news that he’s out and on his way to a full recovery.
