Monday Morning Texas Rangers Update

Evan Grant writes about Major League Baseball’s terrible, horrible, no good, very bad week which was only marginally worse than the recent weeks preceding it for an entity that seems desperate to give away all the good will it has left.

The Rangers, free to sign anyone draft-eligible who wasn’t selected for a measly 20K to demonstrate all that work they put in scouting unheralded prospects better and harder than all other teams, have landed two signees.

Anthony Castrovince ranks the states on how good they are at producing draft talent. Get your act together, Montana.
