Good morning, folks...

The Texas Rangers split a doubleheader against the Oakland A’s yesterday, winning game one and losing game two.

Jeff Wilson has his game story from the first game of the doubleheader, and his Rangers Reaction from the doubleheader.

Between games of the doubleheader, the Rangers put Elvis Andrus on the injured list with a back strain, and called up Sherten Apostel.

T.R. Sullivan talks about Sherten Apostel getting a call less than thirty minutes before game two to get to the ballpark because he was being called up and put into the starting lineup.

Levi Weaver has a story on Apostel suddenly learning he was active and rushing to the ballpark.

Willie Calhoun is expected to be activated on Tuesday, and Chris Woodward wants to get him as much playing time as possible the rest of the way.
