The 2021 spring training schedule for the Texas Rangers (and all of MLB) is out,
The Rangers play the Kansas City Royals at Surprise on February 27, 2021, in the spring opener, which is just 5 months and 11 days away, which is kind of freaky. The final game for the Rangers that is scheduled in Arizona is against the San Diego Padres at Surprise on March 27. There are TBAs for March 28, March 29 and March 30, which could be additional games, exhibitions in Arlington, or something else.
You can see the entire schedule for the Rangers below:

It remains to be seen, of course, what the state of the world will be in late February, whether fans will be allowed in games, and what ongoing effects the COVID-19 pandemic will be having on the game and how things are handled.
