MLB: Hank Aaron Tribute

Good morning, LSB.

Evan Grant wrote about the societal impact of Hank Aaron, who died yesterday at the age of 86.

The FWST has some reactions and tributes from the baseball community and beyond.

MLB dot com lists some bonkers statistics from Aaron’s career. This is the one I’ve been stuck on:

As Adam said yesterday, just the inner, INNER circle of baseball greatness. RIP.

Elsewhere, catcher Jose Trevino made a recent appearance on 105.3 The Fan and discussed hitting and interactions with Ranger fans, among other things.

Jeff Wilson writes that after a very strong stint in the Dominican Winter League, Ronald Guzman is still trying to lock down a first base job.

Wilson also has some thoughts on Curt Schilling and the HoF.

That’s all for this morning. Have a good weekend.
