Good morning, LSB.

The Rangers pulled off a nice little comeback win yesterday as Adolis Garcia broke franchise records and stuff.

Kennedi Landry has quotes from Adolis and from previous record-holder Pete Incaviglia.

The DMN’s Christina Long writes about DJ Peters hitting home runs and having a bionic arm.

Levi Weaver has a new Weaver Wire up where he discusses Adolis’ Rookie of the Year chances and if this has been the worst Rangers offense ever.

Weaver also has a piece up on Rangers pitching prospect Zak Kent, who’s had a pretty stellar year across a couple of minor league levels.

MLB Pipeline selects a minor league pitcher and position player-of-the-year for every franchise.

Finally, the Rangers lost a legend yesterday as superfan John Lanzillo Jr, better known as “Zonk”, passed away at the age of 88.

The FWST has some Ranger fan reactions to Zonk’s passing. I will be able to hear that drum in my head until the day I die. RIP to a Rangers icon.

That’s all for this morning. The Rangers start up their last series of the 2021 season tonight at 7:05 against the Clevelands. Have a nice Friday!
