Good morning, LSB.

The Rangers and A’s played a seven-inning snoozer yesterday. Evan Grant has some thoughts from the game, most notably on the strong performance by lefty starter Taylor Hearn.

Kennedi Landry also talks about the silver lining that was Taylor Hearn.

It appears the Leody Taveras leadoff thing, which caused some consternation on LSB earlier in the week, may already be dunzo.

Jeff Wilson has a piece on Rangers prospect Davis Wendzel, touching on his nice camp and on the obvious Justin Turner comps.

Speaking of prospects, EG continues his rankings with 19-year-old pitcher TK Roby coming in at #17.

Rangers Rule 5 pick Brett de Geus is going full Matt Harrison.

Michael Young is the FACEiest of all FACEs and is helping to restore the baseball field at Reverchon Park.

And Jayson Stark breaks down the multitude of experimental rule changes being implemented across the minor leagues in 2021.

That’s all for this morning. Have a good day.
