Good morning, LSB.

Evan Grant says the Rangers hope that Khris Davis is able to help them establish a culture, with some Chris Woodward quotes that make it sound like he’s definitely making the team.

Jeff Wilson writes about Davis as well and says he’s the kind of veteran player that will fit in with where this franchise is right now.

Levi Weaver previews the Rangers rotation, which he says may feature as many as seven pitchers.

Jamey Newberg put together a Rangers team he says could compete in 2023. I’m still a lil underwhelmed.

Decision time is coming for the option-less Ronald Guzman, who’s put together a good Spring but who Chris Woodward says needs to be more consistent.

Woodward also says he’s still not ready to name a full-time closer.

EG has more on that note, touching on the drop in velo Jose LeClerc has seen this Spring. Grant also mentions that Josh Jung missed Friday’s game with vaguely described “foot pain.”

Grant also continues his prospect countdown with #11 on the list, Rangers 1B Sherten Apostel.

And Clayton Kershaw sits down with The Athletic and discusses what happens now that he finally has his ring.

Have a good weekend!
